Two Baptisms – In South Creake and Syderstone – in June
We have had two baptisms recently. Harry (pictured top with his parents Lisa and Karl) was baptised on June 8th in South Creake and Hunter (pictured bottom with his parents Olivia and Callum) was baptised on June 15th in Syderstone.

Thanks to our friends from Fakenham Salvation Army we have a wonderful evening of music to look forward to on Friday. Hope to see you there… and don’t forget to bring your friends This is an opportunity for us to recoup some of the £11.5k we lost when replacing the church chairs.

In Memory of A Flight Crash in North Creake in World War II
Eighty years ago today Flying Officer John Mathias DFC and Flight Lt. Thomas Irwin were killed when their Mosquito Fighter crashed in North Creake as they were training for the D-Day landings. Once again the people of the village joined to remember them. We were honoured to be joined by Group Captain Wiggleworth, Station Commander of RAF Marham.

I baptised Max (on the left of the picture) and Santiago this afternoon in The Church of Saint Mary the Virgin in North Creake.

Pilgrimages pass through South Creake and Syderstone
The Ely Leg pilgrims of the Pilgrim Cross leaving Syderstone on their way to South Creake yesterday morning accompanied by Simon carrying the Creake Benefice cross. And the cairn left by the members of the Wensum Leg following their service in Sculthorpe. The stones represent the regrets and sorrows they have handed over to Jesus.
New Chairs Delivered to South Creake in Time for Easter
Habemus sedilia We are so grateful to Aldiss in Fakenham for the super fast and efficient delivery of new chairs in time for Easter. We are still trying to recover some of the £11.5k lost to Rosehill Furnishings.
